No. 84] Having reviewed the Offer of Judgment and the Notice of Acceptance of the Offer of Judgment, and having found that the filings before the Court satisfy the requirements of Rule 68 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, IT IS ORDERED that this matter is hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, and according to the terms of the Offer of Judgment. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to terminate this action and enter judgment in favor of Plaintiff accordingly. DATED this 20th day of January, 2006.
