Upon Application by the above-named Judgment Creditor, the Court finds that: 1. On April 8, 2005, the Judgment Creditor obtained a judgment against Ezcony Trading Corporation and Ezra Cohen in the amount of $1,435,612.05, together with interest at the rate of 2.7% per annum. On September 9, 2005, Judgment Creditor caused a Writ of Garnishment to be served upon Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith, Incorporated. 3. On or about September 19, 2005, Garnishee filed its Answer to Writ of Garnishment acknowledging that it was holding (1) Account No. 738-12377 in the names of Ezra Cohen and Linda Cohen with a current value of $251.87, and (2) Account No. 738-93930 in the name of Ezra Cohen in the amount of $1.50. 4. Neither Ezra nor Linda Cohen has lodged an objection to the Garnishee's Answer. 5. Garnishee has not requested any amount as an answer fee.
