14 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
15 WHEREAS, on or about October 25, 2005, the Defendant entered into a Plea Agreement
16 with the United States in which the Defendant agreed that he had obtained S 3.1 million dollars
17 in U.S. Currency, in proceeds from the offense alleged in Count 1 ofthe Information, for which
18 the Defendant has been convicted, and;
19 VVHEREAS, the United States has filed a Motion for Entry of Final Order of Forfeiture
20 which would consist of a personal money judgment against the Defendant in the amount of $ 3 .1
21 million dollars in United States currency, and;
22 WHEREAS, Rule 32.2(c)( 1) provides that "no ancillary proceeding is required to the extent
23 that the forfeiture consists of a money judgrnent,"
24 NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the
25 Defendant shall forfeit to the United States the sum of $3.1 million in United States currency,
26 which represents the amount of proceeds obtained as a result of the offenses, and which
27 represents complete satisfaction ofthe defendant’s joint and several liability.

tl A l IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the United States District Court shall retain jurisdiction
2 in the case for the ptupose of enforcing this Order; and
3 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that pursuant to Rule 32.2(b)(3), this Order of Forfeiture shall
4 become final as to the defendant at the time of sentencing , or before sentencing if the defendant
5 consents, and shall be made part of the sentence a11d included in the judgment
6 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the United States may, at any time, move pursuant to Rule
7 32.2(e) to amend this Order of Forfeiture to substitute property having a value not to exceed
S $ 3.1 million dollars in U.S. currency to satisfy the money judgment in whole or in part; and
9 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of the Cotu·t shall forward two eertiied copies
10 of this Order to the United States Attorney’s Office, 40 N. Central Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85004,
