One of the government's witnesses, Dr. Robert Lucking, who was the defendant's doctor at FCI Butner, will be on vacation and unavailable to testify. Dr Lucking will be available beginning July 21, 2008. Government Counsel will be out of district from August 4 through 10, 2008, and will be in trial the week of August 19, 2008.
