STIPULATED MOTION FOR CONTINUANCE OF EVIDENTIARY HEARING RE: PETITION TO REVOKE PROBATION Assigned to the Honorable James A. Teilborg

Counsel for Mr. Beck and counsel for the United States have conferred extensively with respect to the above-captioned matter. As it appears that there may be a reasonable prospect that this matter can be resolved by agreement, the parties request that the evidentiary hearing now scheduled for Monday, October 1, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. be continued. We suggest that it may be most appropriate not to attempt at this time to reschedule the hearing for some specific future date. Instead, we suggest that counsel for the parties will continue to confer and will advise the Court whether
