Moore having been reversed and remanded by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals back to the District Court for new trial (reverse/remand filed 12/8/06), IT IS ORDERED setting Status Conference for Tuesday, January 9, 2007 at 3:00 p.m. before Judge James A. Teilborg (Courtroom 503). The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the status of the case, including trial date, deadlines and how the case shall proceed.
