2 In obedience to the attached and foregoing Writ of Gamishment, YOU ARE
3 HEREBY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED TO APPEAR and answer the foregoing Writ
4 in the marmer prescribed by law within the times prescribed in said writ. You are hereby
5 notified that in case you fail to so answer, the Court may issue an order requiring you to
6 appear in person before it to answer the Writ, or to file and serve, at least tive (5) days
7 before the appearance date, a copy of the answer on the Judgment Creditor, or on his
8 attorney if the party is represented by counsel. In the event you fail to appear, or faii to tile
9 and serve an answer as specified in the order, judgment by default may be rendered against
10 you for the full amount of the judgment against the Judgment Debtor and not merely for the
