Pixler, Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Arizona, having been appointed Commissioner by Order of this Court on January 30, 2002, for the purpose of collecting evidence in accordance with the request of United Mexican States, certify that attached hereto is: Official Letter No. DGEAJ/2809/03, dated December 22, 2007, from Víctor Emilio Corzo Aceves, Director of International Legal Assistance, Office of the Deputy Attorney General of Legal and International Affairs, Mexico, which informs the Commissioner that Mexico has withdrawn their request for assistance in this matter. Therefore, I have completed the tasks requested by the Procuraduría General de la Republica, the General Division of International Legal Affairs, dated January 23, 2001.
