The United States of America, by and through its attorney undersigned, hereby moves the Court for an order pursuant to Rule 48(a), Fed. R. Crim. P., dismissing the complaint filed in this matter on October 16, 2002, and ask this court to quash the arrest warrant, which was requested at that time. The basis for the government's motion lies in the fact the defendant was arrested in Irvin, California on May 29, 2003.
