granted. Appellant’s motion to proceed pro se is granted. The Clerk shall amend

informal brief received June 23, 2006, shall be tiled as the opening brief. The
answering brief is due within 30 days after the filing date of this order. The
optional reply brief is due within 14 days after service of the answering brief
