Defendants World Nutrition, Inc. ("World Nutrition") and William Wong and Michele Wong ("Wong"), hereby provide their Supplemental Status Report to the Court. On August 28, 2007, Magistrate Judge Edward C. Voss was appointed for purposes of a court-assisted settlement conference. The parties are currently awaiting a date for that settlement conference. A copy of the Memorandum appointing Judge Voss is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
