THE PETITIONER moves the court for authorization for her physician to perform an abortion without prior notification being required or given to her parent(s) or guardian. LA PETICIONANTE solicita a la corte la autorización para permiso propio físico para el aborto sin el requisito de notificación previa a sus padres o guardián. PETITIONER bases her motion on one of the following alternative grounds: LA PETICIONANTE funda su solicitud en una los siguientes fundamentos alternativos: 1.
