DISPOSITION AT ARRAIGNMENT
You are placed under the supervision of the Probation Officer for a period of six months pursuant to: Welf. and Inst. Code Section 654.2 Welf. and Inst. Code Section 725(a) You shall report immediately to Reception Window 1 on the first floor of the Courthouse to receive further instructions from the Probation Officer. SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF PROBATION A. Disciplinary Conditions (as defined in Standing Order 99-022): 1. You are to complete ___days on Electronic Monitoring. 2. You are to complete ____days on the Home Supervision program. 3. You are to complete ____days in the Juvenile Work Project. 4. You are to complete ____hours of Community Service within ___months: To be completed through the Alternative Sentencing Program. To be completed at a non-profit organization of your choosing. B. 3. You are not to be on the campus and/or grounds of any school where you are currently not enrolled unless you are accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult. 4. You shall not enter or be about ________________________________________________________ at any time without parental or responsible adult supervision. 5. You shall not own or have any dangerous or deadly weapons in your possession or be in the presence of anyone else who you know, or reasonably should know, is unlawfully armed with a dangerous or deadly weapon and not own or possess any item that a reasonable person would mistake for a real firearm. 6. You shall not own or possess any burglary tools. 7. Your privilege to drive an automobile is suspended for one year/delayed one year per 13202.6 CVC. 8. You shall not operate a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license and proper insurance verification. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PROBATION It is a further Order of the Court that you shall, during the term of probation, comply in all respects with the following General Conditions of Probation. Those are delineated as follows: a. Reside in, and not move from Sacramento County and cannot move from this jurisdiction without the advance permission of the Probation Officer or the Sacramento County Juvenile Court; Obey all laws and reasonable directives of group home staff, school officials and the Probation Officer. Until age 18, obey all reasonable directives of parents/legal guardians; Keep the Probation Officer informed at all times of your living and mailing address and telephone number, including cellular and pager numbers; inform the Probation Officer of all cohabitants and pets who are at the address, and give written notice to the Probation Officer twenty-four (24) hours before any changes. Allow the Probation Officer to visit your home and place of employment at reasonable times; Not be away from home overnight until age 18 without permission of parent or guardian. Not be away from court ordered placement overnight without permission of the group home official/foster parent. Not be away from home more than 48 hours without having secured the permission of the Probation Officer; Not go beyond 10 miles from home until age 18 except (1) for purposes of employment that has been approved by the Probation Officer in advance or (2) if accompanied by a responsible adult who is approved by the parent, group home official, probation or school official; Not to be absent from school or tardy to school until age 18 for more than 30 minutes without a valid excuse and not be suspended or excluded from school for any reason of misconduct or non-attendance. Until age 18 you are to notify the Probation Officer by 10:00 a.m. on any day you are absent. Upon reaching age 18, if you are not enrolled in school, you shall participate in a vocational training program or seek and maintain employment. Be at the home of the person to whose care and custody you have been ordered between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. until age 18 unless you are accompanied by your parent, legal guardian, or other adult having your legal care and custody; Not use or possess alcohol or illegal drugs, including marijuana, and toluene. Not possess paraphernalia associated with the use of such substances. Not use or possess any controlled substances not prescribed by a licensed physician or dentist. Until age 18, not to use or possess tobacco; Submit to chemical testing of the blood, breath, or urine as directed by the Probation Officer. Pay the costs associated with drug testing ($20.00 per urinalysis); Submit to search and seizure of your person, property, automobile, and any object under your control by any law enforcement officer or Probation Officer, in or out of your presence, at any time of the day or night, with or without consent, and with or without a Warrant; Not associate with persons who you know or whom the Probation Officer informs you are users or sellers of illegal drugs, including marijuana, or be in places where such substances are known by you to be present; You and your parent/legal guardian are ordered to contact the Department of Revenue Recovery for a financial evaluation and recommendation of ability to pay costs of care and maintenance, probation supervision, electronic monitoring, home supervision, urinalysis, restitution and/or restitution fines (Department of Revenue Recovery, 10669 Coloma Road, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670, (916)875-7500).
