After consultation with the parties, the Court established the following schedule and requirements for post-trial briefing and closing argument: 1) The parties shall file and serve proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law on or before Monday, December 12, 2005. The proposed findings of fact shall not exceed 25 pages. The proposed conclusions of law shall not exceed 25 pages. The two filings may be bound together or separately. The parties shall file and serve responses to both of their adversary's December 12 filings on or before Monday, January 16, 2006. Each response shall not exceed 15 pages. The two responses may be bound together or separately. Closing argument will be held on Thursday, February 23, 2006 beginning at 9:30 a.m. at the National Courts Building, 717 Madison Place, N.W., Washington, D.C.
