PLAINTIFF'S UNOPPOSED MOTION TO RESCHEDULE SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE

Plaintiff, Gregory Feldman, by and through his counsel the Student Law Office, hereby submits this Unopposed Motion to Reschedule Settlement Conference and as grounds therefore states: 1. Pursuant to this Court's order granting Defendant's Motion to Reschedule Settlement Conference, a settlement conference is scheduled in this matter on March 8, 2006 at 3:00 pm before Magistrate Judge Coan (Docket #47). 2. Counsel for Plaintiff recently learned Mr. Feldman is unable to attend the settlement conference on March 8. To address Mr. Feldman's situation, the undersigned counsel contacted the Court Clerk for Magistrate Judge Coan and requested alternative dates for a rescheduled settlement conference. After consulting with Plaintiff and

counsel for Defendants, all parties agreed on one of the days offered by the clerk: March 15, 2006 at 2:30 p.m. 3. Pursuant to D.C.Colo.L.Civ.R. 7.1(A), the undersigned counsel conferred with counsel for Defendants prior to filing this Motion. Defendants do not oppose this Motion, and have confirmed their acceptance of the March 15, 2006 date proposed by Plaintiffs. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff Gregory Feldman respectfully requests that this Court cancel the settlement conference currently scheduled for March 8, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. and reschedule the settlement conference for March 15, 2006 at 2:30 p.m. Dated this 24th day of February, 2006.
