THIS COURT, having considered the Motion to Withdraw as student attorney for Plaintiff, filed by Julie Schmidt, hereby FINDS as follows: 1. On July 26, 2005 the STUDENT LAW OFFICE entered an appearance on
behalf of Plaintiff Greg Feldman and Julie Schmidt entered her appearance as a law student on October 4, 2005. 2. Ms. Schmidt is no longer enrolled in the STUDENT LAW OFFICE and
thus no longer represents Mr. Feldman. 3. 4. Mr. Feldman consents to the withdrawal of Ms. Schmidt. Since Mr. Feldman continues to be represented by the STUDENT LAW
OFFICE, no prejudice will occur as a result of the withdrawal of Ms. Schmidt.
