ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter having come before the Court upon the Stipulation for Dismissal, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 41(a)(1), filed jointly by counsel for Qwest Corporation ("Qwest") and AT&T Corp. et. al. (collectively "AT&T"), IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this action, including all claims and counterclaims, will be dismissed. All of Qwest's claims for relief asserted against AT&T are dismissed with prejudice. AT&T's First and Second Counterclaims are dismissed with prejudice. AT&T's Third, Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Counterclaims are dismissed without prejudice. Each party will bear its own costs and attorneys' fees.
