19 An application for a Writ of Garnishment against the property James Riley,
20 defendant, has been filed with this Court. A judgment has been entered against the above-
21 named defendant in the amount of $2,712.00 consisting of principal, costs and accruing
1 22 interest. There is a balance due of $1,894.28 through March 20, 2006.
23 You are required by law to answer in writing, under oath, within @ days, whether or
24 not you have in your possession, any non-exempt property of the defendant.
25 Pending further order of this court, you shall withhold and retain on a continuing basis
26 25% of the defendant judgment debtor's non-exempt eamings, if any, as you determine in

S Under the law, there are disposable earnings which are exempt from this writ of
9 Gamishment. Pursuant to 15 U.S.C. §l674, Garnishee is prohibited from discharging the
10 i defendant from employment by reason of the fact that his earnings have been subject to
ll I garnishment for any one indebtedness.
12 If you fail to answer this writ or withhold property in accordance with this writ, the
13 United States of America may petition the Court for an order requiring you to appear before
14 the C_ourt. If you fail to appear or do appear and fail to show good cause why you failed to
15 comply with this writ, the Court may enter a judgment against you for the value of the
16 debtor's non·exempt property. It is unlawful to pay or deliver to the defendant any item
