COMES NOW Defendant—Movant, L. C. Cohen, pro se (Movant), pursuant
the Fifth and Sixth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution, FRCrP & FRCVP
with an Addendum to Renewed Motion for Additional Time to File Reply.
The acting ISM Manager at FCI Elkton informed the Movant on August
10, 2005 that his property is now en route from CCA-CADC to Ohio via UPS
at BOP expense, but may not arrive for another two weeks.
WHEREFORE, the Movant moves this Honorable Court for an Order
granting him additional time to file his Reply, directing the BOP to give
him all of his property when it arrives, and such other relief as this
Honorable Court deems that law and justice require as proper.
