Plaintiff DIRECTV, Inc. ("DIRECTV") provides notice to the Court that DIRECTV and Defendants Gerald S. and Wilda Ball have reached an oral agreement as to the material terms of settlement. The parties are in the process of finalizing and executing the formal documentation memorializing the settlement agreement. DIRECTV anticipates the parties will be able to complete and execute appropriate settlement documents within thirty (30) days of filing this notice.
