Plaintiff Meadowlark Lemon (hereinafter "Plaintiff"), through undersigned counsel, respectfully requests this Court to withdraw Plaintiff's Motion to Strike Defendants' Untimely Response to Plaintiff's Motion for Award of Attorney's Fees. The filing of this document was an inadvertent error. Although Defendant's are claiming that Plaintiff's should be sanctioned pursuant to Rule 11, Defendants have made a similar error in the past. This is very complex litigation, and the miscalculation in calendaring was unintended. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests that Plaintiff's Motion to Strike Defendants' Untimely Response in Opposition to Plaintiff's Motion for Award of Attorney's Fees be withdrawn.
