Final Judgment having been entered, Defendant filed an Amended Bill of Costs on December 19, 2006, seeking the taxation of $2,997.05. The matter has been reviewed and costs have been awarded as follows. 1. 2. Filing Fees - The $150.00 claimed is allowed. Transcript Fees - Pursuant to Local Rule LRCiv 54.1(e)(2), the $220.00 claimed is denied. 3. Deposition Fees - Pursuant to Local Rule LRCiv 54.1(e)(3), of the $2,627.05 claimed, only $1,347.05 is allowed. (No Per Diem, Min-U-Script, Word Index, Condensed Transcript or ASCII allowed.) It is therefore ordered that $1,497.05 be taxed by the clerk and made part of the judgment.
