Glendale Union Highschool 20 Dist. No. 205, No. 03-0060 ("Ramirez I"). The Dismissal Order did not address the related 21 action, Ramirez v. Glendale Union Highschool Dist. No. 206, No. 04-2909 ("Ramirez II"), 22 but only the Motion For Summary Judgment filed in Ramirez I before consolidation. On 23 September 27, 2006 Defendants filed a proposed form of judgment in favor of Defendant 24 Glendale Union High School District, as well as other individual defendants. (Doc. #136). 25 On October 11, 2006 Plaintiff objected to the form of judgment because it seeks to enter 26 judgment in favor of individual defendants named in Ramirez II, but not named in Ramirez 27 I. (Doc. #136). Plaintiffs are correct. Judgment will not be entered at this time either in 28
