16 1. I am over 21 years of age and a resident of Maricopa County, Arizona. I make I
17 this Affidavit upon personal knowledge and, if necessary, am competent to testify as to the
18 matters stated herein. I
19 2. I represent Carlisle Syntec, Inc., in this action.
20 3. Judgment for $246,27839, in favor of Plaintiff Carlisle Syntec, Inc., against 2
21 Defendant ETL Poland LLC, successor to Euro Trade Link, Inc., was signed and tiled on A
22 October 25, 2001 in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, 1
23 and filed in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona on February 22, 2
24 2002.
25 4. Plaintiff Carlisle Syntec, Inc., is the owner of this Judgment.

l 5. No execution is anywhere outstanding and unretumed upon the Judgment. i
2 6. No amount has been paid and the balance due remains $246,27839.
3 7. There are no other setoffs or counterclaims in favor of any judgment debtors.
4 8. A Garnishment was attempted on Curecrete for money it owes to Euro Trade
5 Link, Inc., in CV2003-16763 in the Superior Court, Maricopa County. Curecrete denies that
6 Euro Trade Link, Inc., is the same entity as ETL Poland and therefore denies that money is
7 owed pursuant to the garnishment. The matter is ongoing.
8 9. This Affidavit is based on personal knowledge and records kept in the ,
9 ordinary course of business. This Affidavit is not based upon "information or belief." H
