IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED granting Plaintiffs Motion for Award

17 for Exemplary Damages pursuant to Arizonafs Trade Secrets Act, A.R.S. § 44-403(B);
18 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED granting judgment in favor of the Plaintiff,
19 Mariyn Nutraceuticals, Inc., an Arizona corporation, against Defendant World Nutrition,

Inc., an Arizona corporation, as foitows:

6 years after the entry of judgment from using the attached customer list to send direct
7 mailings and from using the attached list to contact directly, by telephone, in person, via
; facsimile, or any other means of communication, any person on the attached customer

1] IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that World Nutrition, Inc,, William Wong,
12 and their officers, agents, servants, employees, and aii persons acting in concert or
13 participation with them or any of them who will receive actual notice of the court’s order
by personal services or otherwise, are permanently enjoined from stating in any form of
16 advertising or customer contact that Wobenzyrn has been infected with or quarantined
17 because of "inad cow disease" (bovine spongifonn encephalopathy) or any simiiar
18 characterization of Wobenzym;
· IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that World Nutrition, Inc,, William Wong,
‘ 2] and their oflicers, agents, servants, ernpioyees, and all persons acting in concert or
22 participation with them or any of them who wiii receive actual notice of the court’s order
23 by personal service or otherwise, are permanently enjoined trom making any false
statements with respect to comparisons of Vitalzyrn to Wobenzym.
