This Purchasing Agent Agreement (“Agreement”) is made on _____________ by and  between _____________________________________, hereinafter referred to as (“Company”) and ____________________  hereinafter referred to as (“Agent”).

WHEREAS, the Company hereby engages Agent to provide services to Company and Company accepts to provide services to Company.
