UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT DISTRICT OF ARIZONA

Under consideration is Defendant/Movant's Motion for Additional Time to Reply, filed August 15, 2005 (#268). Plaintiff has not responded to the motion. Movant's legal papers were unavailable to him as a result of his prison relocation. His latest filing, an Addendum (#269) to the Motion, reflects that as of August 10, 2005, his papers were en route and expected within the next several weeks. The Court finds good cause for the extension. Also under consideration is Movant's Motion for Sanctions, filed May 20, 2005 (#260). Movant's motion was founded upon the failure of CCA-CADC to forward his legal files to him. Likewise, Movant's Motion to Extend Time to File Reply and For Additional Sanctions, filed June 10, 2005 (#262), Motion to Strike Government's Amended Response, filed July 14, 2005 (#264), Motion to Amend/Correct Motion to Extend Time, filed July 25, 2005 (#267) all relate to the once detained documents. In light of the forwarding of the legal files, all of these motions are now moot, and will be denied. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Defendant/Movant's Motion for Additional Time to Reply, filed August 15, 2005 (#268) is GRANTED to the extent that Movant shall have thirty days from the filing of this Order to file his reply in support of his Motion to Vacate. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant/Movant's Motion for Sanctions, filed May 20, 2005 (#260) is DENIED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant/Movant's Motion to Extend Time to File
