Pending before the Court is Petitioner's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Review of Respondents' Exhibit I, which is the transcript of Petitioner's September 29, 2000 Change of Plea hearing, reveals that the transcript was not filed in its entirety.1 Accordingly, pursuant to Rule 5(c) of the Rules Governing Section 2254 Cases, IT IS ORDERED that Respondents shall have until October 17, 2005 in which to file the remaining pages beginning with page 35 through the final page of the transcript of the September 29, 2000 hearing in order to complete Exhibit I.
