The court is in receipt of a status report from plaintiff, filed December 29, 2005 (Clerk's Docket No. 37), concerning the settlement negotiations with defendants Gerald S. Ball and Wilda Ball. In said

report, plaintiff indicates that an additional 30 days is needed for completion and execution of settlement documents. Plaintiff will please present the appropriate closing papers on or before January 30, 2006. If for any reason closing papers cannot be

filed by that date, plaintiff shall serve and file a further brief status report, updating the court as to the progress of completing this case.
