Based upon the stipulation of the partiesl and for good
cause appearing,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that
plaintiff DIRECTV, INC., is awarded judgment on its claims against
defendants GERALD S. BALL and WILDA BALL as follows:
l. Plaintiff DIRECTV, INC., is awarded. a monetary
judgment against defendants in the principal amount of $l0,000.00;
and
2. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 19Bl, plaintiff DIRECTV,
INC., is awarded post-judgment interest at the rate ofztfhyk per
annum from date of the entry of judgment until the judgment is
satisfied.
