COME NOW Plaintiffs and pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1292 give Notice of their appeal from the judgment entered in this case on September 26, 2007 by the Honorable Roslyn O. Silver. This appeal is from the Court's Judgment Of Dismissal of Ramirez v. Glendale Union High School, CV 03-0060. The court made clear that it was declining supplemental jurisdiction over the consolidated case of Ramirez v. Soto, No 04-2909. Although that case is also based on violation of federally protected rights, (42 U.S.C. 1983 and 42 U.S.C. 1985) Plaintiffs, will as instructed by the court, file this dismissed lawsuit in State Court.
