ORDER

Pending before the Court is Defendants' Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to File Supplemental Briefs on Capital Disclosure. (Dkt. 1298.) On October 3, 2005, the parties filed a Joint Report on Disputed Areas of Discovery in which they indicated that they wished to file supplemental briefs regarding the issue of whether Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 16 applies to capital sentencing proceedings. (Dkt. 1256.) The parties agreed to file their briefs by October 17, 2005. Defendants now seek leave to alter the schedule for filing their supplemental briefs; the United States does not oppose the motion. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED GRANTING Defendants' motion. (Dkt. 1298.) Defendants' brief on capital sentencing discovery is due on or before October 24, 2005. The
