The Defendants, acting through counsel for Paul Eppinger, Michael B. Bernays, hereby move for an extension of time within which to reply to the Government's Omnibus Response to a variety of motions filed by the defendants regarding voir dire and the general jury selection process. Counsel has spoken with Assistant United States Attorney Gregory Fouratt who has authorized counsel to state that the government does not oppose this motion to extend. Counsel is involved this week in evidentiary hearings in this matter and would request the Court to extend the time to reply to that omnibus response to November 10, 2005. Excludable delay may occur as a result of this motion pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 3161(h)(1)(F). Respectfully submitted this 26th day of October, 2005.
