Over objection of defense counsel, the following potential jurors are excused for hardship: 300246070, 300193524 and 300203030. The Court advises counsel their list of names of people and businesses will need to be included in the questionnaire. The Government advises their list has been compiled and will e-mail it to defense counsel. Defense counsel is to review said list and add any additional names of businesses and people and then e-mail it to Jeff Thompson, the capital case staff attorney. 2:12 p.m. Court is adjourned.
