1:33 p.m. Reconvene. The Court is advised by defense counsel St. Louis that two new witnesses will be subpoenaed. Discussion held. Suzane Doucett is examined further. Exhibit 64 is admitted. 3:04 p.m. Recess. 3:25 p.m. Reconvene. Suzane Doucett is examined further. Jack Sepulveda is sworn and examined. Witness is excused. Remaining defense witnesses discussed. The Court is advised that David Alster, one of the subpoenaed witnesses, will be called tomorrow to testify; Detective Saldate, if available to testify; and Suzane Doucett will be recalled to the stand to testify. The Court advises counsel it will be addressing on 10/28/05 the Motion for Anonymous Jury, the handling of juror requests to be excused for hardship and the methodology for finalizing the case specific questionnaire. The Court will either compile the questionnaire after having reviewed counsels' suggestions or designated counsel from both sides will meet with the Court off the record to discuss the questionnaire. 4:35 p.m. Court stands at recess until 9:00 a.m., 10/28/05.
