Third-Party Plaintiff World Nutrition, Inc. ("World Nutrition") and Third-Party Defendant, Craig Knobloch ("Knobloch"), by and through their respective counsel undersigned, hereby submit their Second Stipulation to extend World Nutrition's time for the filing of its motion for attorneys' fees against Knobloch. On December 3, 2007, the Clerk entered Judgment against Knobloch in the amount of One Dollar ($1.00). The Parties attended a settlement conference on January 7th, 2008 before Magistrate Judge Edward Voss. The parties presently disagree over whether or not World Nutrition is entitled to an award of attorneys' fees against Knobloch. The parties are hopeful that the discussions at the settlement conference and thereafter may resolve this issue. Accordingly, World Nutrition and Knobloch stipulate and agree, subject to Court approval, to extend the time for the filing of World Nutrition's motion for attorneys' fees against Knobloch until February 14th, 2008.
