This matter having come before the Court on a jury trial commencing on commencing on March 27, 2006, and on Plaintiff/Counter-defendants' Motion for Attorneys' Fees Pursuant to A.R.S. §44-404(1) (See, Clerk's Docket #241), and the Court having considered the motion, response and reply, and good cause appearing: IT IS ORDERED granting judgment in favor of Third-Party Plaintiff, World Nutrition, Inc., and against Third-Party Defendant Craig Knobloch, on World Nutrition, Inc.'s claim of breach of contract, in the amount of One and 00/100 Dollars ($1.00).
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that interest shall accrue on the judgment at the rate of 4.24% per annum from the date of the judgment until paid in full. DONE IN OPEN COURT ______________________________.
