O R D E R Judgment on Verdict ­ Knobloch As a consequence of a status conference held in this case on November 6, 2008, and as a consequence of the application of defendant World Nutrition, Inc., for entry of judgment,1 the court concludes that there is no just reason not to conclude this litigation as between World Nutrition and Knobloch. The clerk of court shall enter judgment in favor of thirdparty plaintiff World Nutrition, Inc., and against third-party defendant Craig Knobloch, on World Nutrition's claim of breach of contract in the amount of One Dollar ($1.00).2 Interest shall
