Home Supervision/Electronic Monitoring Program Informal Probation Deferred Entry of Judgment Probation Wardship The parent or legal guardian must participate in a program of counseling or education as directed by the probation officer. The child must 1. Report to the probation officer as directed by the probation officer. 2. Obey all city, county, state, and federal laws and ordinances. 3.
