Upon motion of the defendant, there being no objection by the government, and
good cause appearing therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED granting defendant’s Supplement Motion for
Psychiatric Evaluation.
Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 424l(a) and (b), IT IS FURTHER ORDERED appointing
Dr. Hollebeek to conduct a competency evaluation and the United States Marshal Service
shall schedule an appointment with the doctor either at the Marshal's office or at Dr.
Hollebeek's office and, if necessary, provide transportation for the defendant.
Dr. Hollebeek is directed to conduct a psychiatric evaluation to determine whether

the defendant may presently be suffering from a mental illness or defect to the extent he
is unable to understand the nature and consequences of the proceedings against him or
assist properly in his defense.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Dr. Hollebeek shall submit a written report of
his findings to the Court and to counsel for the Government and counsel for the
Defendant no later than June 12, 2006.
Excludable delay under 18 U.S.C. § 3l6l(h) will commence on;
